Rolling 30-Day Calculation
Your VIP tier on LGExch is based on your total wager volume over the previous 30 calendar days. This is a rolling window — it's not reset on the first of each month, it updates every single day. So if you placed Rs 500,000 in bets over the last 30 days, you're at Gold tier regardless of when in the month you placed those bets. This system is fairer than fixed monthly windows because a strong run at the end of the month still counts immediately rather than waiting until next month's calculation.
Cashback Calculation — What Counts
Cashback is calculated on net losses per week, not per session or per game type. Net loss means total amount wagered minus total amount returned to you in winnings over the period. Bonus funds are excluded from the calculation — only real money wagering counts. All game types on LGExch contribute to the cashback calculation equally — casino, sportsbook, crash games, jackpot slots. The percentage applied is whichever rate corresponds to your tier on that Monday morning.
Tier Downgrade and Protection
If your wager volume drops below the threshold for your current tier over the rolling 30-day period, your tier will adjust downward on the next daily update. There is no grace period in the standard system — but Gold tier and above members who have held their tier continuously for more than three months receive a 14-day tier protection window. This means a short gap in activity won't immediately drop a long-standing Gold member back to Silver. Your account manager will notify you if protection is active.
