LGExch Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Members

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," "your") and LGExch ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By completing the registration process and creating an account on LGExch, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all activity conducted through your LGExch account — including deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, casino gaming, crash games, bonus claims, and any communication with our support team. They are to be read alongside the LGExch Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

If you access LGExch on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that they also meet all eligibility requirements. LGExch reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and maintain an account on LGExch. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions. LGExch operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds held on the account will be forfeited.

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on LGExch or any other gambling platform.
• You are registering of your own free will and are not doing so at the request of a third party.
• Gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction of residence (where applicable to you personally).
• You are not classified as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) without having disclosed this to us.

LGExch may at any time request documentary evidence of age from any Member. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account restriction or closure.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one LGExch account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. LGExch uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will close them when identified. Bonuses and winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number, and a functioning email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. LGExch is not liable for account access issues, missed notifications, or failed withdrawals that result from outdated contact or payment details.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. LGExch will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately. LGExch is not responsible for losses incurred through unauthorised access that results from your failure to safeguard your login details.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on LGExch are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Payment methods may be added or removed at LGExch's discretion — members will be notified of significant changes.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your LGExch wallet within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. LGExch does not accept deposits made from payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received, with VIP Club members receiving priority processing. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically within 5–30 minutes of approval.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 30–60 minutes of approval.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 2–8 hours depending on your bank's processing window.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on card issuer.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method that belongs to the registered account holder and that has previously been used to make at least one successful deposit. LGExch reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. If documentation is not provided within 48 hours of request, the withdrawal may be cancelled and returned to the account balance.

Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable promotion. Real-money balances that have met any applicable requirements may be withdrawn at any time subject to these Terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

LGExch offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, VIP Club cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the PSL. All bonuses are subject to their individual promotion terms in addition to these general Terms.

The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions on LGExch unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific offer's terms:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible accounts once only, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real money and bonus funds combined, unless a promotion specifies real-money wagering only.
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — typically slots contribute 100%, table games 10%, and live casino 5% unless a promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is complete.
• LGExch reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time. Members who have already claimed an active bonus will have their existing terms honoured.
• Bonuses claimed through abusive patterns — including matched betting with bonus funds, reverse arbitrage, or coordinated play across multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture and potential account suspension.

VIP Club cashback at Gold tier and above is credited as real cash with no wagering requirement. Specific cashback terms are set out on the VIP Club page and may be updated periodically.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on LGExch and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Registering more than one account, regardless of the name, device, or payment method used.
• Providing false identity information, using another person's identity documents, or impersonating another individual.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including creating accounts solely to claim welcome bonuses, multi-accounting for promotions, or coordinating with other accounts to clear wagering requirements.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker formats to gain an advantage over the house or other players.
• Money laundering — using LGExch to deposit, move, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion by registering a new account after being excluded from the platform.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

LGExch reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to provide requested verification documents; breach of any clause in these Terms; or receipt of a chargeback claim from a payment provider.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to access your balance during that period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account and balance will be reinstated. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the violation.

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting LGExch support. Any remaining real-money balance that is not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being processed. Balances associated with uncompleted bonus wagering will be forfeited upon voluntary closure unless otherwise agreed.

9 Responsible Gaming

LGExch is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani members. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and full self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your account settings and can be activated or adjusted at any time.

Deposit limits can be set daily, weekly, or monthly. Once a lower limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase comes into effect. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are effective for a minimum of 6 months, during which LGExch will not accept deposits or bets from the excluded account.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

LGExch collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on LGExch, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is used to verify your identity, process transactions, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.
• LGExch does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment providers, identity verification services, and fraud prevention agencies as necessary to operate the platform.
• You have the right to request a copy of the data held about you and to request corrections to inaccurate data.

Transaction records, bet history, and account activity logs are retained for a minimum of five years for audit and compliance purposes. This retention period cannot be shortened by account closure.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the LGExch platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of LGExch or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any LGExch content without express written permission. Unauthorised use of LGExch branding or content, including for third-party affiliate or promotional purposes, is prohibited and may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

LGExch provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LGExch shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or opportunity arising from platform downtime or technical errors, except where those errors directly result in an incorrect game outcome.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to follow these Terms or our security recommendations.
• Losses resulting from third-party payment provider delays or failures beyond LGExch's control.

Nothing in these Terms limits LGExch's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Changes to These Terms

LGExch may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, members will be notified via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect. Continuing to use LGExch after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
