Account Registration & Login

Yes, completely free. Creating a member account on LGExch costs nothing. There is no registration fee, no monthly subscription, and no hidden charge for opening an account. You only spend money when you choose to deposit for betting or casino play. Register here to get started.

Most members complete registration in under three minutes. You fill in your name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, email address, and a password. After submitting, a verification code is sent to your mobile. Enter the code and your account is active. No document uploads are needed at this stage.

You must be at least 18 years old to register on LGExch. By completing registration you confirm you meet this requirement. Age is verified during the KYC process when you make your first withdrawal request. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are immediately closed.

No. LGExch permits only one account per person, per household, and per device. Creating duplicate accounts is a direct breach of the Terms and Conditions and results in permanent closure of all accounts with forfeiture of any balance. If you've lost access to your existing account, contact support — never create a second one.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your registered mobile number or email address. A six-digit reset code arrives via SMS within a few seconds. Enter the code and create a new password. The code is valid for 10 minutes. If the SMS doesn't arrive, verify you're entering the correct number or contact live chat for manual assistance.

Contact LGExch support at support@lgexch.ws with your account email address, old number, new number, and your CNIC details. The team will verify your identity and update the number. For security, number changes are only processed after identity verification — this prevents unauthorised changes that could lock you out of your account.

KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. You'll need to submit a clear photo of your CNIC (both sides) and a proof of your payment method. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. You can explore the platform and even deposit before completing KYC — just have your documents ready when you want to withdraw your first win.

Deposits & Payment Methods

LGExch accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All methods are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit on LGExch is Rs 500. This applies to all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfers. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard members, though limits may apply to specific payment channels. VIP Club members at higher tiers benefit from raised deposit thresholds.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited almost instantly — usually within 30 seconds of sending. NayaPay and SadaPay are similarly quick. IBFT bank transfers can take between 30 minutes and 2 hours depending on your bank. If a deposit hasn't appeared after the expected window, take a screenshot of your payment confirmation and contact live chat support with the transaction reference number.

Yes. LGExch's responsible gaming tools allow you to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. First wait the expected processing time for your payment method. If it's still not showing, take a screenshot of your payment confirmation — including the transaction ID, amount, date, and time — and contact live chat. Our team can trace the payment and manually credit it if the transaction is confirmed on our end. Do not resend the payment before speaking to support, as this may result in a double deposit.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal on LGExch is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals can be made to any verified payment method on your account — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, or your verified bank account via IBFT. Only payment methods that match your verified CNIC details are eligible for withdrawal.

Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours on business days. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals, once approved, arrive within minutes. Bank transfers (IBFT) can take an additional 1–2 business days after approval depending on your bank. VIP Club Gold and Platinum members benefit from priority processing — typically within 4–6 hours.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: KYC verification not completed, bonus wagering requirements not yet met, withdrawal method not matching your verified details, or a pending security review. When a withdrawal is declined, you receive a notification explaining the reason. Resolve the issue indicated (usually completing KYC or fulfilling wagering) and resubmit. Contact support if the reason is unclear.

LGExch does not charge a platform-side withdrawal fee. However, some payment providers — particularly bank IBFT transfers — may apply their own transaction charges on the receiving end. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are generally fee-free. Check with your payment provider for their current transfer fee schedule.

No. For security and anti-money laundering compliance, all withdrawals must go to a payment method registered in your own name — matching the name and CNIC on your LGExch account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. This policy protects both the member and the platform from fraudulent transactions.

Betting, PSL & Sports

LGExch offers a full range of PSL betting markets including match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs in an over, fall of next wicket, player of the match, series winner, and more. The minimum single bet stake on LGExch sports markets is Rs 50. For in-play markets the minimum may be Rs 100 depending on the market type and liquidity available at the time of betting. Casino games and crash titles have their own minimum stake settings, displayed within the game itself.

Once a bet is confirmed on LGExch it cannot be cancelled by the member. Bets are only voided by the platform if a match is abandoned, suspended, or if an obvious technical error occurred in the odds display. Results are settled based on the official match result from the governing body (PCB for PSL, ICC for international matches). Winning amounts are credited to your wallet within 30 minutes of match settlement.

In-play betting on LGExch lets you place bets while a match is in progress. Odds change continuously based on the live match situation — a quick wicket will shorten the odds on the bowling team, for example. Markets are briefly suspended during wickets, boundaries, and key moments, then reopen within seconds. You must have sufficient balance in your wallet before placing an in-play bet, as funds are deducted immediately on confirmation.

Yes. While cricket — particularly PSL and Pakistan national team fixtures — is the most popular sport on LGExch among Pakistani members, the sportsbook also covers football (international fixtures and major leagues), kabaddi, tennis, and other global sports. Online Casino & Games

In crash games, a multiplier starts at 1x and rises continuously. You must click "Cash Out" before the multiplier crashes — if you cash out at 2.5x on a Rs 1,000 bet you win Rs 2,500. If you don't cash out before it crashes, you lose your stake. The crash point is determined by a provably fair algorithm — the result of each round can be independently verified. Progressive jackpot slots pool a small percentage of every bet placed across all members into a growing jackpot prize. The jackpot can be won randomly or by hitting a specific combination. All slot and RNG casino games on LGExch use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies. Live casino tables use real dealers streamed in real time — the physical dealing process is visible, removing any RNG concern for table game results. Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus is automatically credited alongside your first qualifying deposit — you don't need a promo code. A wagering requirement is the total amount you need to bet before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. If a bonus has a 10x wagering requirement and you received Rs 1,000 in bonus funds, you need to place bets totalling Rs 10,000 before withdrawing. Yes. Most LGExch bonuses have an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting, depending on the specific promotion. VIP tiers on LGExch are reviewed periodically based on rolling activity. If your wagering activity over the review period falls below the threshold for your current tier, you may be moved to the tier that reflects your actual activity level. LGExch provides advance notice before any tier adjustment. Active self-exclusion periods pause point accumulation but do not reset it.

Responsible Gaming

Log in to your LGExch account, go to Account Settings, and select Responsible Gaming. From there you can activate self-exclusion for a minimum of 6 months — or longer, including permanently. Once activated, your account is suspended within 24 hours and all marketing communications are stopped. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum period expires. A cool-off period is a short break from the platform — options range from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cool-off, you cannot log in, deposit, or bet. It takes effect within 1 hour of activation and cannot be cancelled early. Your balance and VIP status are preserved.
